'Have you ever...?' é a expressão que usamos quando queremos perguntar se a pessoa já fez determinada coisa na vida. Em português 'have you ever...'? quer dizer 'você alguma vez já...?'

Exemplos:

Você alguma vez [na vida já] andou de moto? 
Have you ever ridden a motorcycle?

Você alguma vez [na vida já] quebrou o braço?
